Return & Refund Policy
How to Return
- Sign in → My Orders → Initiate Return.
- Fill online form.
- Choose pickup/drop-off.
- Pack securely in original packaging.
- Label with Order & Tracking Number.
Return Rules
- Requests within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligible if damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described.
- Electronics/mobile issues after use → check warranty.
- Some categories allow change-of-mind returns.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Return in manufacturer packaging (no tape/stickers).
- Clearly label Order & Tracking Number.
Refunds
- Issued after quality check.
- Shipping fees refunded with product cost.
- Timelines vary by method:
- Non-bulky: 4 days (drop-off/pickup), 1–5 days to warehouse, 2 days QC.
- Bulky: 7 days pickup, 1–5 days to warehouse, 2 days QC.
